AMD’s CTO frames the collaboration around performance and scalability, but the more direct read is that hyperscalers are diversifying compute supply beyond Nvidia precisely because pricing this volatile and utilization this uneven make single-vendor dependency a financial-engineering risk, not just a procurement one.
